1. Who we are
This website (javoxir.me) is operated by javoxir.me, a web design and development studio. We build websites and digital products for our clients, and we run automated assistants on our own official business accounts on Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram that answer questions about our services. This policy explains what data we collect through this website and through those messaging channels, and how we use it.
2. Website data we collect
When you visit this site, the following data is recorded automatically:
- IP address — Used to understand the geographic distribution of visitors. Stored server-side.
- Country — Derived server-side from the IP address using a local GeoIP database. No GPS or precise location is used.
- Session ID — A random identifier generated in your browser (sessionStorage). Groups page views within a single visit. Not linked to any account.
- Page views — Which pages of this site you visit and in what order.
- Interactions — Clicks on call-to-action buttons, opening the chat widget, viewing project details, and similar in-page actions.
- User-agent string — Your browser and operating system, used for debugging purposes only.
We do not collect names, email addresses, or any other personal information through the website unless you voluntarily submit the contact form.
3. Messaging on Instagram, Facebook & Telegram
When you send a direct message to one of our official business accounts on Instagram, Facebook Messenger, or Telegram, we receive and process — through the platform’s official API — only what is needed to reply to you:
- Message content — The text you send us. For voice messages, an automatic text transcription is generated so the assistant can understand your question.
- Conversation identifier — The platform-assigned ID for your conversation with us (for example, your Instagram-scoped user ID or Telegram chat ID). We use it only to keep the context of your conversation and to deliver our reply.
- Public profile basics — Your username or display name, if the platform makes it available.
- Timestamps — When messages are sent and received.
We use this data solely to provide automated, AI-assisted answers about our services and to connect you with our team when needed. We never use your messages for advertising, and we never sell them.
4. How your messages are processed
To generate a helpful reply, the text of your message is sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, which processes it to produce a response. Per OpenAI’s API terms, this content is not used to train their models. Messages reach us through the official platform APIs — Meta Platforms, Inc. for Instagram and Facebook, and Telegram — each governed by its own privacy policy. Apart from these processors, we do not share your messages with any third party, advertiser, or analytics provider.
5. Cookies
This site uses cookies only for admin authentication — specifically the Django session cookie used when the site owner logs in to the admin panel. No tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies are set.
Your consent choice is stored in localStorage in your browser. It is never transmitted to the server.
6. How data is used
- To answer your questions about our services through our messaging assistants.
- To understand how visitors navigate the website.
- To detect and debug technical issues.
- To see which projects and services attract the most interest.
All data is accessible only to the site owner through a private admin dashboard. It is never sold, shared with, or transmitted to any third party, analytics provider, or advertising network beyond the processors named in section 4.
7. Data retention
Website visitor event data is retained for long-term traffic analysis. Messaging conversations are stored on our own server so the assistant can remember the context of your conversation. You can request deletion of your data at any time — see the next section.
8. Data deletion
To request deletion of your data — including your Instagram, Facebook, or Telegram conversation history and the associated conversation identifiers — you can either:
- Message us on the same platform — Send a message saying “delete my data” to the account you were chatting with.
- Email us — Write to hello@javoxir.me from, or referencing, the account you used.
We will delete the associated records within 30 days of your request. This section also serves as our data deletion instructions for data obtained through Meta Platforms.
9. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Contact us at hello@javoxir.me.
10. Third-party services
No third-party tracking scripts (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, etc.) are loaded on this site. During a normal visit, the only external request is loading fonts from Google Fonts. Website analytics data is collected and stored on our own server. The only third parties that process message content are the ones named in section 4 (OpenAI, and the messaging platform you contacted us on).
11. Changes
We may update this policy as our services evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
